1.Core courses

說明The explanation is as follows:

• 最低畢業學分138學分，系必修74學分，校定必修及通識選修共32學分，系選修32學分。

1. Total credits for graduation: 138 Credits. Departmental Cores: 74 Credits, University Cores and General Education Course:32 Credits, Departmental Electives:32 Credits.

• 系選修課程為32學分。本系學生須就下表所列之財經專業法律課程表，至少選修十門（20學分）以上，始得畢業。

2. Departmental electives are 32 credits. Students must select at least ten courses (20 credits) from the list of professional legal courses in Finance and Economics.

• 本系承認本校亞太工商管理學系、應用經濟學系及金融管理學系等，所開設之商管相關課程為本系之系選修學分。

3. The department recognizes business-related courses offered by the Department of Asia-Pacific Industrial and Business Management, Department of Applied Economics, and Department of Finance, among the university, as departmental elective credits.

• 本系承認本校法律學系及政治法律學系等，所開設之法律相關課程為本系之系選修學分。

4. The department recognizes legal courses offered by the Department of Law and the Department of Government and Law, among the university, as departmental elective credits.

• 第二外語課程，本系承認本校法律學系、西洋語文學系、東亞語文學系等系所開設之日文、德文、法文及其他語言課程為本系之系選修學分，至多承認4學分為限。

5. For the second foreign language course, the department recognizes courses such as Japanese, German, French, and other language courses offered by the Department of Law, Department of Western Languages and Literatures, Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures, within the university, as departmental elective credits, with a maximum of 4 credits recognized.

• 畢業年級相當於國內高級中等學校二年級之國外或香港、澳門同級同類學校畢業生，以同等學力資格入學者，最低畢業學分數為150學分。本類資格入學學生若修讀符合教育部所定大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法、大陸地區學歷採認辦法及香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法規定之大學校院開設之大學先修課程、我國大學校院赴境外開設之推廣教育學分班之課程者，得於入學前提出抵免申請。

6. Students graduating from foreign high schools equivalent to the second year of senior high school in Taiwan or from schools of similar levels in Hong Kong or Macau, with equivalent academic qualifications, must have a minimum of 150 credits to graduate. Students have this qualification who have completed pre-university courses offered by universities that fit “ Regulations Governing the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Records by Institutions of Higher Education”, “Regulations Governing the Examination and Recognition of Educational Records from Hong Kong and Macao”, “大陸地區學歷採認辦法” or had completed oversea credits class offered by universities may apply for course exemption before enrollment.

• 本系大學部學生修習本系碩士班課程，至多承認8學分為上限，並以本系碩士班或碩專班所開設之課程為限。

7. Undergraduate students in this department may be granted a maximum of 8 credits for graduate courses offered by the department's Master's Program or In-service Master’s program.

八、財經法律課程表：

1. List of Professional Legal Courses in Finance and Economics

課程修改說明The explanation of modification is as follows:

• 將「海商法」由必修課程改為選修課程，並列入財經法律專業學群。
  1. Changing “Admiralty and Maritime Law” from a departmental core to a departmental elective. And including it in Professional Legal Courses in Finance and Economics.

二、系必修由76學分調整為74學分，系選修由30學分調整為32學分，最低畢業學分維持138學分。

1. 2. The department adjusted the departmental Core from 76 to 74 credits. The departmental elective credits were adjusted from 30 to 32 credits. The minimum graduation credits remain at 138 credits.

Department of Economic and Financial Law (Master's Program)

III. Description

1. Graduation credits should be at least 28 credits, including 4 credits of “foreign language for law” offered by the master's program of our department. The elective credits must not be less than 24 credits, which must include more than 12 credits from the “Cluster of Economic and Financial Law” in the table below.
2. ‘The courses offered by our university for “Master's Program” or “In-service master's program”, the language courses for the “Master's Program” or “In-service master's program” of the College of Law, and the “Ph.D. Program” of the College of Law’ can be regarded as elective courses outside the “Cluster of Economic and Financial Law” of our master's program. However, it is limited to 8 credits at most, of which the language course is limited to 2 credits.

V. University Basic Credits

*People who did not graduate from law-related subjects must make up compulsory subjects.
