一、主旨：強化人工智慧科技發展與法學之連結，並兼顧國際人工智慧科技與法學之潮流與脈動。
二、主辦單位：財團法人人工智慧法律國際研究基金會、國立高雄大學、國立東海大學
三、研討會日期：2021年12月2、3日
四、研討會地點：
財團法人張榮發基金會國際會議中心1101會議廳（100 台北市中正區中山南路 11 號）
新竹科學園區管理局生物醫學園區研發中心國際會議廳（新竹縣竹北市生醫路二段8號2F）
五、徵求論文主題：人工智慧科技發展與智慧金融、智慧交通相關法制之探討

六、有意願提交論文發表的國內外學者專家：

1. 報名截止日：2021年10月7日（週 四）
2. 請於報名截止日前將基本資料、論文題目、摘要、關鍵字等，以電子郵件逕寄： lawyuan@nuk.edu.tw。
3. 經主辦單位審查確認後。請接到通知的發表論文者，於2021年11月10日（週三）以前，繳交：論文全文、摘要（500字左右）、關鍵字（5個左右）。

七、論文撰寫注意事項：

1. 論文篇幅以二萬字為限

2. 請以A4 格式，電腦英文橫打，word 2007 以上版本為主

3. 請以電子郵件，傳送論文檔案至lawyuan@nuk.edu.tw

College of Law of National University of Kaohsiung is inviting professors, researchers, and any other interested parties to join 2020 International Academic Conference on the Artificial Intelligence and Law. We welcome papers from professors, post-doctorate researchers, independent researchers and diplomats.

               Nov. 17, 2021:  Notification of Acceptance

              Dec. 2-3, 2021:  Symposium Dates

Submission:

Authors are invited to submit papers for the conference. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
